Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

From mowing and edging lawns to weeding and pruning, our Maintenance Technicians will perform basic maintenance on lawns and garden beds. They will have basic plant ID knowledge, blow driveways, rake and tidy gardens for our regular clients. They will assist their Crew Lead with safely loading and unloading vehicles. Must be in good physical shape, and take pride in their work.

  • Desire to learn and to follow instructions

Install Technician

Job Overview

From building custom fences, installing patios, walkways and driveways, to laying pavers and building retaining walls, our Install Technicians will assist their Crew Lead on various projects from start to finish. Including job site demolition, excavation and prep, levelling and grading, through to the final install completion. Must be in good physical shape.

Maintenance Crew Lead

Job Overview

Our Maintenance Crew Leads are self-motivated and able to work alone as well as manage a small crew to complete one-off cleanups and perform landscape maintenance on high-end residential and commercial properties. They will have excellent plant ID knowledge and use this knowledge to identify and treat any lawn diseases and prune plants for health and form. They will take pride in providing top-quality lawn and landscape maintenance for clients while supervising and training crew members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in horticulture, gardening or landscaping
  • Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills
  • Can work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
  • Must be professional in appearance and actions
  • Must be detail oriented and quality driven
  • Must have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Is comfortable speaking with clientele and have first-rate customer service skills
  • A valid driver’s license and comfortable driving trucks and trailers
  • Must be adaptable and work with a positive attitude and work ethic; no matter how well we plan, schedules and circumstances change, and you need to be able to roll with a smile

Install Crew Lead

Job Overview

The Install Crew Lead is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in leading a small crew to implement various landscape projects. This includes custom fences, installing patios, walkways and driveways, laying pavers and building retaining walls. The Crew Lead will also assist with keeping accurate records, promoting worksite safety, maintaining job sites are kept organized, provide excellent customer service and will exhibit pride and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Friendly and courteous personality
  • Previous work experience in landscaping or construction
  • A valid driver’s license and comfortable driving trucks and trailers
  • Experience safely operating and maintaining an excavator and track loader
  • Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills
  • Can work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
  • Must be self-aware, able to take direct feedback and want to grow
  • Is comfortable speaking with clientele on a regular basis and have first-rate customer service skills
  • Must be professional in appearance and actions
  • Must be detail oriented, quality driven, and take pride in your work
  • Must be well organized with strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to think proactively, plan ahead and problem solve
  • Must be physically fit.
