After a floor was added to the house, this Fairfield property required a complete yard installation to complement the renovation.
The client provided a concept design that incorporated a defined sitting area, raised planter, and protective deer fencing. We refined the plans and executed construction using durable cedar, a material chosen for its stability and resistance to outdoor conditions. Custom cedar fencing and pergolas are one of our specialties, allowing us to integrate both function and aesthetics. Structural posts were set in concrete for longevity, and all elements were dimensioned to align with the house’s new proportions and grade changes.
