Environment First
We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach lawn and garden problems. First determine if the problem is acceptable (many people don’t mind a little clover in their lawn, for example). Next, we try mechanical and cultural techniques to promote plant health: weeding, pruning, regular mowing, aerating, and fertilizer are all ways to promote plant health. We also ask, is it the right plant in the right place?
We don’t spray pesticides! However, biological controls such as BTK and nematodes are available for specific pest control situations.
Trees and hedges!
We can handle pruning up to 16’ and can sometimes work on slightly larger trees and hedges, depending on the logistics. We can also pull a 6” wood chipper when necessary.
Hire us Monthly or Hourly
We typically do monthly contracts for many of our lawn and garden maintenance clients. If you prefer this form of payment, we are more than happy to give you a quote. We also work by the hour.
