Close to downtown, we transformed this compact yard into a highly functional outdoor space. Large-format concrete patio slabs were installed to create a clean, modern aesthetic and reduce joint lines.
For the driveway, we sourced 4-inch-thick, vehicle-rated slabs to ensure long-term strength and performance. The project scope also included full installation of irrigation, integrated landscape lighting, raised garden beds, and a new perimeter fence for privacy. Utility upgrades were completed with underground electrical service run to accommodate a future hot tub, along with a gas line to support a fire table. The result is a durable, multipurpose urban yard.
