Centred among three condominiums, this custom cedar gazebo transformed an exposed patch of concrete into a functional community structure.

We managed the full scope of work, including design coordination, permit acquisition, and construction oversight. The double-roof system was engineered to accommodate mature tree canopies and an existing lamppost without requiring relocation. Structural framing was reinforced for long-term durability, while cedar was selected for its natural resistance to decay. Integrated features include a solar panel powering LED lighting for low-maintenance evening use, as well as a rainwater management system that channels runoff into a storage barrel for irrigation purposes.
